Fitness Center

Our goal is to create a positive atmosphere in our user-friendly facility. Whether you are a dedicated weight enthusiast, an occasional gym-user, or looking to just get started you will find the Alpine Club a great place to work out.

Our fitness facility is designed to optimize members' health and fitness goals based on individual needs.

The Alpine Club has Precor strength equipment; it is designed to be safe, efficient and simple. The free weight area offers a wide variety of dumbbells, a multi-purpose Free Motion Cable Cross machine, squat rack and Smith machine. The cable machines offer functional fitness designed to train the way you move. Elliptical machines will ensure an efficient workout, while taking stress off the knees and lower back. The Precor and Star Trac treadmills are equipped with shock absorbing decks that create minimum impact on the body while running, jogging, and walking. Stationary Peloton bicycles keep the large muscle groups of the legs in shape for skiing, hiking, golfing, and daily living.
